- If quotes and booking information that we have provided to you goes into a ‘junk’ folder and within the timeframes, Stag Electrical are deemed not at fault.
- If you delay or postpone agreed timeframes, which result in the installation occurring outside of the 7 day period, Stag Electrical are deemed not at fault.
- You will be required to provide timely and appropriate access for installation. If your residential property is deemed to not have safe or adequate access then Stag Electrical are deemed not at fault.
- If you choose to involve other tradespeople and companies as part of the installation, and they cause delays to the installation, Stag Electrical are deemed not at fault.
- The 24 hour quoting period commences after we have left your premises following our site inspection.
- Once you have provided written acceptance of the quote and paid the deposit, the 7 day installation period will commence.
- If we are not able to meet the time frames outlined, the labour and servicing component of the quote will be free, materials will still need to be paid.
